Of course Google owns Blogger which you can build a blogspot website from. Again it's very easy to add affiliate programs such as Google Adsense to it.
4. How much technical knowledge is needed to develop a money making website? This is where goal setting again can come into play.
If you would like to hit the ground running you're probably better off to pay somebody to set your site up for you. This is not very expensive to do and it allows you to concentrate on other aspects of your business such as marketing.
It is interesting to note however that many people with not a lot of technical knowledge can still build websites today. Again blogging is very helpful because once your initial site is set up adding content is as easy as typing or cutting and pasting articles into a blog post.
