You'll have more success with completing your work if you simply plan in large periods of time. Your schedule can be as simple as: mornings = marketing work, afternoons = project work. Doing this will get your brain into the habit of working and not being distracted. If you don't bother to think about what you want to do, there's a good chance you won't get very much accomplished.

The best way for most IM business owners is trial and error learning. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
