When choosing the type of banqueting chairs for your special occasion, be sure to keep the comfort of your guests in mind. When they are comfortable while seated, they will enjoy the day that much more. So, along with hors doeuvres and the dessert tray, the chairs should be selected carefully.

If you are planning a luncheon, a semi-formal cocktail hour, or a black tie event, it should be important that your guests are seated comfortably while they dine and drink and mingle. It will add to their pleasant moods and make for an especially enjoyable time.
  

The exquisite meal has been well thought out. Either meat or chicken or fish has been reserved for each guest, along with the salad, side dish and dessert. So, what will they be sitting on? Will it be an armed chair, or a chair without arm?. Will the arms be flat or rounded? Will the chair be upholstered, cushioned, or wood? Can they be easily moved aside, if a person needs to get up and exit or perhaps wants to dance? All of these questions need to be asked when deciding what to do to seat your audience.
